Waterside District will feature many different types of food and will be anchored by The Market, a 30,000 square-foot, two-level concept located at the heart of the project. The Market will feature a variety of unique food and beverage concepts, as well as be the home for entertainment, festivals and family attractions.
Entertainment will include Family Fun Days, Family Movie Nights, free concerts with kid friendly music, chef for a day, weekend entertainment all day long featuring jugglers, magicians, face painters, etc. on the promenade. In addition, there will be world-class nightly entertainment that takes cuisine and food to the next level, as well as great art, food, and unique festivals to accompany the events already programmed by Festevents. Waterside District will feature a variety of all kinds of music including the best local and regional talent.

We are looking for energetic, experienced and professional individuals to be our Kitchen Managers to oversee the operations of the entire kitchen and creating a pleasurable dining experience based on a consistent food product.
Includes, but not limited to:
Maintain updated and accurate costing and documentation of all dishes prepared and sold in the food and beverage operations.
Establish procedures and timeframes for conducting inventory. Determine minimum and maximum stocks for all food, material, and kitchen equipment.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent required. Culinary arts courses/certifications or related degree preferred. Two (2) to four (4) years experience of supervising and/or managing kitchen staff and working with inventory and food ordering, in a high-volume kitchen.
Good people management skills, communication and listening skills.
Proven ability to lead a team and communicate efficiently, both verbally and in writing.
Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
Must be internally motivated and detail oriented and have a passion for teaching others.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
